FORT WORTH, TX (September 24, 2019) – Fort Worth based agency, Schaefer Advertising Co., announced today that they have been named agency of record for the inaugural River and Blues Festival, a two-day music festival held at Panther Island Pavilion in Fort Worth, May 15-16, 2020. Schaefer selected The Bogle Agency to manage public relations and social media for the event.

While reviewing the scope of services needed to promote a first-year festival, Schaefer knew a dedicated team was needed to focus on earned media. “We are thrilled with the opportunity to help bring this new, annual festival to our city by bringing the gritty sounds and rural roots of country and blues back to Fort Worth,” said Schaefer owner, Ken Schaefer. “And we are excited to do so in partnership with The Bogle Agency. Blind ticket sales for River and Blues Festival will go live on October 1, 2019, when fans can purchase general, VIP and platinum tickets for a discount. The full festival lineup will be announced on November 7, 2019 at a launch party at Heim on the River.
